Your role as Project Manager

As a Project Manager at our organization, you will leverage your expertise to manage complex firmware development projects, taking full responsibility for project planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires proficiency in structured project management, close collaboration with colleagues across engineering disciplines, and ensuring that client expectations are met. You will be the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and successful project outcomes. You should be able to work independently, resolve obstacles efficiently, and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Your tasks and key responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle for firmware development projects.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery a firmware.
  • Ensure deliverables meet security, modularity, and maintainability standards.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions effectively with clients and stakeholders using Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Conduct root cause analysis on complex issues and guide technical teams to solve them.
  • Lead team efforts in CI/CD processes, pipelining, and validation.
  • Supervise firmware validation and release integration, ensuring testing is done thoroughly in alignment with acceptance criteria.
  • Produce reports on project progress, risks, and blockers and ensure compliance with SLAs.

What do you bring?

  • 3+ years of relevant project management experience in firmware or software development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and structured project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of firmware development, particularly in embedded systems and security.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
