Your role as Office Manager

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the office, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting our team in various administrative tasks.

Your tasks and key responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses.
  • Maintain invoices, filing systems and assist with finance administration.
  • Support HR functions (including recruitment, onboarding new employees and etc).
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Cooperation with business centre management, and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate office supplies.

What do you bring?

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, incl. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent English, Russian language knowledge would be a big plus.
